Stivan's Party

OK, I was hoping that everyone got notice for Stivan's party, but that may not be the case... So forgive the cross posting.

Place :Kait's house (contact me for directions)
Date: October 14th, 2006
Time: Potluck feast at 6PM
Elder Ceremony around 8 PM (ish)
Huge party to follow.

We have a few camp spots available, The feast is potluck and people must bring their own alcohol. Stivan is very norse if you are interested in bringing something for him.

Please RSVP so that I have a decent (ISH) head count... Thank you...

Preparing for Halloween

I know not many people are still on this list, but I thought I would post my Ocober schedule and this seemed like the best place to do it.

October 14th Stivan's Birthday, the times have been revised. It now all starts at 6 PM with a potluck feast. I will be serving stew. If you are coming please bring something that will accentuate the stew... Or whatever... Feast will be followed by the elder ceremony, which will in turn be followed by a great party.

The following weekend on the 21st... the Crackerbox tavern is holding a party for Stivan... I most likely will be there. October 21st... I think it starts around 6 PM

October 28th 5PM starts my combined: Ian's (Gwydion Hunter) birthday, My anniversary (13 years on October 30th), and Halloween party. Costumes are encouraged. Food and alcohol will be potluck and/or bring your own.

So that is my schedule... Anyone care to join me?

*from the attic there is thrashing and breaking noises... The noises stop suddenly and Sarrin appears in the formal dining room, her dress disheveled and torn, Her hair falling around her shoulders in odd clumps... *

Evidently, someone is trying to get a message to me... Anyone got a clue as to who and what? I do not know if any of you are aware but my reception is all screwed up right now... A little help? Anyone?

If you need to know something from me, either ask for a reading or give me full topics... Names only create nightmares and bad dreams... And they tend to manifest places they shouldn't and make me hit the children in my sleep... I do not think they find it helpful either.

A political Issue!

I do not usually use these pages as this kind of forum... But this is important to me and I want to spread the word.

http://www.cem.va.gov/hmemb.htm These are the only emblems allowed for use in the Veterans Affairs guidelines. Which means, as it sits now, Stivan cannot have a pentacle on his memorial plaque. It is my desire to ensure I can carry out my fathers wishes to their completion. Therefore I am posting this and posts like it all over the place.

I need help spreading the word and getting some action done. I understand if you do not care or whatever, I just need to do this. Thanks... For more info check out.

*Boxes and packages fly around the house and out the door, forming a nice pile on the front porch. There they are moved from the porch into an awaiting Mini Van. The van is blue and has multi-colored swirls and vines painted all over it. The men moving them are all nicely built and are wearing loin clothes. Their skins glisten in the sun. Their long hair flowing freely around their shoulders.

On the porch, sitting in a swing, Sarrin and her twin sister sit, casually glancing at the list on the clipboard in Sarrin's hand... The swing moves slightly.*

Packing for events should always be this easy and entertaining... Don't you agree Mana?

Early Easter Morning!

*The air is filled with the repetitive sound of childrens laughter and screams of delight. The wind softly plays "Peter Cottontail" and "Easter Parade" alternately. The grounds are filled with Rabbits and Children, the grass of the lawns has temporarily been replaced with Fake Easter Grass. *

226...227...228... *Sarrin leans over to the nanny and whispers... * I think we are missing two of them. See if you can find them before they become too much of a nuisance.

*Sarrin turns back to the children... Her voice booming loudly* Alright kids... Somewhere on the grounds the nanny and I have placed 3000 eggs. All of them are filled with special prizes. Extra prizes awarded to the child with the most eggs. Special prizes to the children who retrieve the special eggs from Laurien and Gwynyth's rooms.

*Sarrin turns away chuckling* Do you think we should tell the children that they are all probably still sleeping? heheheheheh! *Sarrin disappears in a shimmmer of Darkness and laughter is heard on the air.

The Nanny sighs heavily and blows an airhorn that releases pixie dust into the air. Children scatter to the four corners of the Manor grounds and into the houses themselves.*

I am still feeling ill but am hoping to make an appearance at Pirate Kareoke this weekend for me twins birthday.

My mom is all settled in her new house and with her new car. She is nearly all unpacked and is doing very well. We are still working out kinks in her new life but it is coming along rapidly. Giving me more time to play and take care of my life.

Back at home

*Sarrin fades softly from the inn and appears back at home. As she walks through the manor the houses colors shift ffrom vibrant to grey and dull and the paint starts to look chipped.*

I will be in my quarters if anyone needs me... Damn Head colds. If you do need me you better be sure itr is important.

*She sends her children off to The Nanny and fades away into a cloud of dust and silver. A cough and a heavy hearted sigh spreads through the air. The Nanny gives the dust a sideways glance and sends the maids running for some good old country music and a deck of cards.*

*The Nanny Speaks:* Sarrin will be out of commission in this board and any representation of the Manor for a while. You may reach her by phone or email... But I am betting evenm that will sound distant... *He bows dramatically and over politely as he to fades away like an apparttion, the sounds of childrens laughter following him.*

And what gives you the right to dictate laws to Blackthornes in their own lands and homes? You, little blonde girl, are not a Blackthorne, and you are a guest in my realms. ACT LIKE IT! Accept the fact that in Blackthorne Manor the only laws that work are Blackthorne laws. And the only way to make these laws is to be Blackthorne. Which you are not!

DON"T ever dare to dictate our laws and rules to us again. Some of us have bad attitudes and if you cross one of us you usually cross all of us... and you are already on thin ice with a few of us. Before you go spouting off about what we can and cannot do and who came first, who belongs here... blah blah blah...

You might want to refer to the first post made here and the warnings there in... But don't forget this most important thing Aeowyn... This is not your lands, home, or property and nothing here is what it seems or should be...

Your only warning from me is Back down or be put down... again...
